This is a sample Common House plan for a cohousing community. Most cohousing developments have a first-class kitchen in the Common House, guest rooms, and a big laundry.
Did you know when you live in Auburn Cohousing you won’t need a guest bedroom? We will have 2 guest rooms with their own full bathrooms located in our Common House. They will be available with just a reservation. One of the many benefits of living in a cohousing community.
